Saucier — by HAYi LLC
For questions, feedback, or issues: support@getsaucier.app
Saucier uses Anthropic's Claude AI to have natural conversations about cooking. Ask it anything — recipe ideas based on what's in your fridge, how to substitute an ingredient, cooking technique questions, or help planning a meal. The AI remembers your preferences over time and gets more personalized the more you use it.
Free users get a 7-day trial with full access, then continue with daily usage limits. You can chat with the AI chef, save recipes, and manage shopping lists. Saucier Pro removes daily limits and provides higher monthly usage allowances.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To change or cancel your plan, go to Settings on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > Saucier. You can also manage subscriptions from within the app under Settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the Saucier purchase you'd like refunded.
Open Saucier > Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all data from our servers, including conversations, recipes, shopping lists, and chef memory. This action cannot be undone.
Yes. All sensitive data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, and all communication uses HTTPS. Your authentication token is stored in the iOS Keychain. We use no third-party analytics or tracking. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
AI can occasionally make mistakes — it might suggest an unusual substitution or get a cooking time slightly off. Always use your own judgment, especially with food safety topics like internal temperatures and allergen handling. Saucier is a cooking companion, not a replacement for food safety guidelines.
You can view previously saved recipes and shopping lists offline. AI conversations require an internet connection since messages are processed by our servers.
Saucier requires an iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
Force-quit the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, check your internet connection — Saucier needs a stable connection for AI conversations.
Saucier uses Sign in with Apple. Make sure you're signed into your Apple ID in iPhone Settings. If you previously used "Hide My Email," Apple will use the same relay address automatically.
Pull down to refresh on the Settings screen. If the issue persists, verify your subscription is active in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Allow a few minutes for Apple's servers to sync.
